3.3 Client Obligations

To enable us to provide our Services effectively, you agree to:

Cooperate with our reasonable requests for information, documentation, or access to properties;
Make timely decisions and provide timely feedback;
Pay all agreed fees in accordance with the payment terms;

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Fee Structure

Our fees will be specified in the engagement agreement or written proposal. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement:

A deposit may be required before commencing work;
Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date;
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower;
We reserve the right to suspend Services if payments are overdue.

4.3 Expenses

Unless otherwise agreed, you will reimburse us for reasonable expenses incurred in providing the Services, such as travel costs, document filing fees, and third-party service provider fees. We will seek your approval before incurring any significant expenses.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Limitation of Liability
